This package is great for new CS Leaders, or those who need more real-time, agile feedback to develop an operational strategy. This package provides flexibility and opportunity for growth. This package requires a minimum commitment of 8 weeks.

    A tailored engagement targeted to solve a challenge you're facing in customer success. These projects are time-delimited and set up to achieve an outcome or deliverable your team needs. All projects include training and enablement for your team. Common engagements include:

    • Building a Business Review

  • Fractional Leadership

    A deeper opportunity to strengthen the customer-centricity of your organization. A Fractional Leader will provide 1-2 full days of work per week in support of your company goals. Key activities include foundational process building, creating cross-functional alignment, and establishing/improving KPIs. A fractional leader can help actively mentor and coach your team members, and can be involved in hiring if desired. A fractional leader can be a great fit for organizations in transition, or those that are not ready to hire full time.

  • Great for companies building out Catalyst for the first time, or that know they need to start fresh. This project touches all major Catalyst features, including: Health Score, Playbooks, Journey Builder, and Dashboards (CSM & Leadership).

  • For Catalyst customers that need extra assistance to promote platform usage and process adherence. Package includes training, office hours, and review of key CSM-focused features, such as CSM Dashboard, Account Layout, Note-Taking, and Task Management.

  • For Catalyst customers that need to refresh their instance due to a strategic or organizational change. The project starts with a review of the current instance, interviews with the team and Executives to identify gaps and opportunities, and a full project plan to address the team’s needs.
